Shiho is a graphic designer at the Future Cities Laboratory, working on Collaborative Interactive Visualisation Analysis Laboratory. She obtained her Master in Information Design at University of Reading after finishing her bachelor in Science of Design from Musashino Art University. Also, she has worked at a couple of design firms in Osaka and Tokyo. She specialises in information design, visualisation and typography.

Research

Her dissertation entitled Storytelling in Urban Wayfinding aims to explore the possibilities of applying storytelling approaches to the design of urban wayfinding systems. View the paper
